Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Reflections Holiday Parks. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our stunning locations. Please note that through confirmation of an accommodation booking at any of the Reflections Holiday Parks you are acknowledging and agreeing to the below terms and conditions.








COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

1.1 Reflections understands the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID19 and how this may impact on your holiday plans. In the event of Government imposed COVID19 travel restrictions impacting a guest’s travel plans, a guest will be offered flexibility over and above the standard terms and conditions in the form of a Guest Account Credit for the value of the deposit/s held or any monies paid to secure the booking, valid for up to 12 months from the date of the credit being processed, should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:
1.1.1 A State Government or Commonwealth Government gazetted restriction (Public Health Order) is in place within 7 days of your arrival date which means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination, including where border closures would result in you having to quarantine for 14 days or more on your return home.

1.1.2 You are directed into self-isolation by operation of a Public Health Order within 7 days of your arrival date, or

1.1.3 You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID19 within 21 days of your arrival date.

1.2 To request a Guest Account Credit in relation to the COVID19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the guest will need to contact the park direct. The contact details can be found on the individual park pages on the Reflections website or your booking confirmation.

1.3 To utilise this policy the guest must:

1.3.1 Have made their booking on the Reflections website or direct with the park, and

1.3.2 Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID19 impact as listed above.

1.4 For clarification, this policy does not apply to the following:

1.4.1 COVID restrictions that have not been gazetted by a State Government or Commonwealth Government

1.4.2 Guests awaiting the result of a COVID test,

1.4.3 Guest illness, other than COVID related 6.4.4 Where travel is not directly impacted by a State Government or Commonwealth Government restriction.

1.5 Unfortunately, due to the ongoing nature of COVID19 being beyond our control when outbreaks occur, Reflections will not provide refunds unless the notice requirements of the standard terms and conditions are met.

Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards

For guests wishing to use  a Gift Voucher or Gift Card, the following applies:

  • Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards are to be used following the terms and conditions (T&C’s) outlined on the specific voucher/card. Typical  (T&C’s) outline that the voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking, the use is subject to availability, it is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • As of 31 March 2018, Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards sold, have an expiry period of 3 years (36 months). Exclusions apply to Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards that meet the following criteria:
    • A gift card or voucher that is given by a business for free to a consumer
    • Gift cards supplied as part of a customer loyalty or employee rewards program
    • A gift card or voucher supplied as part of a temporary marketing promotion as a bonus to the purchase of a good or service
    • A gift card or voucher sold or donated for use in a fundraising appeal, including to a charity or not for profit organisation.
  • Note: Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards sold prior to 31 March 2018, continue to have an expiry period of 1 year (12 months) unless stated otherwise.
