Artisan Cheese Making Workshops

Artisan cheese-maker, Lucy, is embarking on an exciting new venture with local Southern Highlands winery, McVitty Grove, making cheeses at the cellar door. You can learn not only the art and science of turning milk into the most delicious cheeses, but also taste the hand crafted wines, snack on yummy antipasti from the cafe and enjoy spectacular views while you do it.

There is no need to bring anything except clean hands and enthusiasm. All materials, equipment and your lunch are included in the price of the workshop. Classes are small (minimum six – maximum 14) and you will take home the fruits of your labours. Grab some wine from the cellar door to enjoy with it. A beautiful day out whether you are on a hen, buck or birthday party outing, having a quiet ramble in the country touring the wineries or seriously interested in learning how to be self sufficient.

For dates and details of forthcoming classes, please see their facebook page.

Classes run from 8.45am to approximately 3.30pm.
