Booking Terms & Conditions

  • The terms and conditions outlined below apply to Reflections Boambee Creek Reserve.
  • You must be over 18 years of age to book with us if you are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Reflections reserves the right to refuse or decline your booking and refuse entry into the Reserve for any reason we so determine at our discretion (including for our own purposes). A full refund will be issued if this occurs.
  • Reflections Reserve Management will not be held responsible for, or liable to compensate loss, theft or damage to personal property on, or brought into the Reserve or in the immediate vicinity of the Reserve.
  • Booking a shelter permits one vehicle free entry into the Reserve. All other vehicles are required to pay the applicable entry free.
  • Management reserves the right to amend or alter fees and conditions of entry at any time without notice.
  • Whilst we endeavour to meet our guest’s requests, shelter preference is not guaranteed.
  • Should you wish to vacate your shelter early, no refund will be given. Shelter hire payments are not refundable if your visit to Boambee Reserve is cut short for any reason.
  • Reflections Holiday Reserves encourages the use of credit cards only (Visa and MasterCard Accepted).
  • We Reserve the right to evict guests from the Reserve who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Reserve Rules. No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
  • The individual making the booking is the “responsible person” and is liable for any costs incurred by the Reserve arising from the booking such as damage to facilities or removal of excess rubbish and/or litter after use. Reflections Boambee Creek reserves the right to charge the supplied credit card on file an excess cleaning fee as determined by Reserve Management.
  • The consumption of alcohol is permitted within the Reserve when consumed responsibly and legally. You are required to refer to the Office of Liquor and Gaming and confirm what licensing requirements apply for your activity/event and ensure you comply with all relevant requirements.
  • Balloons, streamers, signs and like decorations may only be attached to shelters with string. The use of thumbtacks, nails or the like damages facilities and is not permitted.
  • All decorations must be removed at the end of the booking. Failure to remove decorations and the like may result in charges for clean up or littering.
  • Confetti, rice, helium balloons, rose petals, party poppers, paint dyes or powders and the like may not be used in the Reserve. Use of these is considered littering.
  • Signs, decorations, tarpaulins or similar items must not be attached to trees or plants in the Reserve.
  • Reflections Boambee Creek Reserve has a total fire ban all year round.
  • The following items cannot be used unless prior written approval has been granted by Reflections:
      • Marquees, stalls or shade structures larger than 3m x 3m;
      • Animals and/or mobile zoos provided for entertainment or display;
      • Amusements and rides such as jumping castles;
      • Onsite Caterers/coffee carts/spit roasts;
      • Generators;
      • Amplified music, public announcement systems, musical performances and the playing of musical instruments; and
      • Signage, including directional signs, banners and displays.
  • Any commercial activities including the sale of goods, food and / or beverages at shelters and/ or mobile vans, fundraising activities and / or personal training / boot camps are not permitted without prior written approval from the Reflections Boambee Creek Reserve Management.

Hire Booking Cancellations

  • In the event of cancellation, you will be required to advise the Reserve office by giving at least 7 days’ notice in order to receive a refund. If you provide less than 7 days’ notice, there will be no refund. You may reschedule or hold a credit for a future date within 12 months of original booking date (subject to availability), provided that 7 days’ notice has been given.
  • If you wish to change any details of your booking, please contact our Reserve directly. Upon request, you may be required to complete a Guest Refund Form in order for a refund payment to be processed.
  • We will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee that changes can be made nor that a full refund is available. Please note that bookings in certain time periods cannot be changed; however, in some instances, changes may be permitted but a charge could be imposed.
  • Bookings where a credit has been retained for a future visit must be used with 12 months of the credits originating otherwise the credit becomes expired and will no longer be available for use.

Peak (High) Season Rebooking Conditions

  • For guests wishing to rebook for the following year in either the December/January, Easter and September/October School Holiday periods, the following rebooking procedure applies:
  • Speak with our Reserve staff at reception prior to departure or completed a booking via the Reflections website to secure your shelter for the same period the following year, along with full payment by card to confirm your booking with us.
  • If you decide not to rebook with us prior to your departure, your shelter will be made available for other bookings.
  • Due to high occupancy during these periods, we do encourage you to rebook with us prior to departure to avoid disappointment.
