Lake Wyangala

Lake Wyangala is the perfect place to make those family memories as you relax and unwind and enjoy the great outdoors. Wyangala offers visitors excellent fishing and is renowned for the many mighty Murray Cod lurking in the expansive waters, which are also home to Golden Perch, Silver Perch, Catfish, Carp and Redfin. It's a perfect place for taking the boat out and relaxing on the waters or enjoying some water skiing. There are numerous walking tracks around the lake with plenty of opportunities for bird watching and spotting the wildlife. You can camp at the Bigga Recreation Ground for up to 72 hours for free, or if you want to be right on the lake, Reflections Grabine Lakeside offers unpowered campsites, powered caravan sites and cabins. Lake Wyangala is situated approximately 80 kilometres north of Crookwell, and the last few kilometres of road is unsealed.
