About Hawks Nest Holiday Park

Hawks Nest Holiday Park & Caravan Park is our hidden secret, showcasing the best the mid-coast of NSW has to offer. Here, you’ll encounter playful dolphins, scenic hikes, a championship golf course, and top-notch local dining - all nestled alongside one of Australia’s top 20 beaches. It’s a spot you could return to year-after-year and forget that the rest of the world even exists.

This ridiculously pretty location is close enough to Newcastle for an easy weekend getaway but far enough from any concrete jungle and the mundane office coffee that comes with it.

We’ve spruced things up with a mix of cabins, extra spacious powered camping sites for the campers and caravanners, and brand-new luxury villas, perfect for when you want the beachy getaway but with added air con. And all our accommodation is dog friendly, so bring your furry friends along to enjoy the fun too.

We’ve got school holiday activities to keep the little ones busy, giving you the space to perfect the BBQ dinner menu and enjoy a cold one. Lap up the added convenience with our laundry and kiosk as well as ample fishing spots and picture-perfect golden sands to snap photos that’ll create some serious FOMO back home.

Whether you’re hiking Yacaaba Headland Track, exploring Myall Lakes National Park, or just moving back and forth from your beach chair to the esky, Hawks Nest Holiday Park guarantees a relaxing escape.
