Meet Your Hosts at Terrace Reserve

Terrace Reserve Managers Jack and Elly Wilson

With a passion for holidaying, caravanning, camping and creating the most fantastic and memorable guest experience possible, it’s no wonder Jack and Elly have found their careers in this exciting industry.

“After travelling overseas in our motorhome for 18 months and working alongside each other in hotels during our journey, we fell in love with the tourism industry and creating everlasting memories for our guests,” Elly said.

“We knew we wanted to continue to work together in the industry when we returned home to Australia. After moving back home to the Gold Coast we were thrilled to get straight into Holiday Parks. “

With a love for small beachside town the pair count themselves lucky to now be living and working in beautiful Brunswick Heads – their ideal home location.

“We are so stoked to be living and working in a place that we absolutely love,” Jack said.

“There is so much to do here in Brunswick Heads and Terrace Reserve really is in such a fantastic location. Whether it’s fishing, walking, surfing, boating, shopping or exploring that you’re into, there is something in this beautiful town for everyone.

“Being just a short walk to all these things is just one of the bonuses for holidaying at Terrace Reserve!”

“We’re really hands-on managers. We love mingling and doing special things for our guests, such as bacon and egg roll breakfasts or movie nights for the kids in the school holidays.”

Jack and Elly love welcoming and interacting their guests during their holidays and look forward to building strong relationships and creating everlasting memories for their future guests as well.

Book your stay at Reflections Holiday Parks Terrace Reserve and enjoy all the delights of this hidden gem for yourself; you’ll be in good hands with Jack and Elly.
