About Jimmys Beach Holiday Park

Reflections Jimmys Beach Holiday & Caravan Park is one of those places so darn beautiful, you’ll be tempted to keep it hush-hush. But with goannas, kookaburras, and possums roaming around, good luck keeping this hidden gem to yourself.

Nestled in the Great Lakes district of NSW, this relaxing escape makes your day-to-day worries melt away, allowing you to focus on the things that matter: treasured experiences with your nearest and dearest in spectacular surroundings.

Your stay at Jimmys Beach Holiday & Caravan Park is a case of pick-your-own adventure. Camping traditionalists can opt for unpowered sites to truly unplug. However, be careful not to fall victim to site envy, as our powered spots and glamping tents offer that little bit of extra comfort and convenience. For those who favour comfort over classic camping, the cabins, villas, and tiny homes all promise modern amenities. The Park also features a kiosk, laundry, camp kitchen, and BBQ area for all your holiday needs.

You can also enjoy the waterfront access to make the most of the fishing, swimming, and water sports on the ocean or bay each day. There’s a playground and school activities for the little ones, and a communal firepit because s’mores are a must. And how could we forget the resort-style swimming pool?

And that’s just on-site. The spectacular Mount Yacaaba walking track is right next door, while Hawks Nest is a short stroll away with its bars, restaurants, and scenic golf club for a round or two. There’s even a beach nearby called ‘Great Mermaid Beach,’ so take the kids along and try your luck at spotting one.

Whether you want to relax by the water or are after something a bit more adventurous, you’ll be well-catered for at Reflections Jimmys Beach Holiday & Caravan Park. So, tell your dog (they’re invited too), tell your friends, or don’t tell anyone at all if you’d rather keep this hidden gem all to yourself.

Do you allow motorised scooters?

No, motorised scooters are not allowed in our parks.

Is there a camp kitchen at Jimmys Beach Holiday Park and what is in it?

Located near the picnic area and communal camp fire, the camp kitchen, with its great community atmosphere, provides an undercover area for you to cook, relax and meet other guests. Although you will need to bring your own essentials, the camp kitchen has a fridge/freezer, cooktop, convection microwave, ZIP hot water and BBQ at your disposal. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit, soak up the scenery and enjoy the natural environment.

Can I bring my own BBQ or fire pit to Jimmys Beach Holiday Park?

Although you can bring your own charcoal or gas BBQ (no wood burning), we do NOT allow fires at Jimmys Beach. The communal fire pit, located in the picnic area, is a great place to relax with family and friends after an adventure filled day. Bring your own firewood or purchase firewood from reception.

How far away is the beach from Jimmys Beach Holiday Park?

Jimmys Beach is just a skip through the sand dune from the park. Lie in bed at night and listen to waves gently rolling in. Being a bay beach (unpatrolled), it is family-friendly for kids. Discover the bay on a SUP (available for hire from reception).

If you are feeling a little more adventurous and like bigger waves, take a short walk through the track from Jimmys Beach to the main surf beach (patrolled) Bennetts Beach.

The nearby beaches are only dog-friendly in selected areas - please check with reception first.

What other activities are there for kids at Jimmys Beach?

If they are not yet exhausted discovering the natural environment and beach, there is a playground inside the park with an amazing rope climbing frame and yet another one just outside of the park near the beach. There is plenty of green space to kick a ball and make their own fun. Feel free to bring your own push bikes and if they still have some energy left, let them have a ago in one of our peddle cars (available for hire from reception).

What facilities are available at Jimmys Beach Holiday Park?

Our conveniently located amenities have all the required facilities including a laundry with washers and dryers (cashless). There is also an accessible bathroom.

What should I bring for my stay?

Preparing for a holiday can be a massive journey in itself, at Reflections Holiday Parks our aim is to ensure guests are as well equipped as possible before hitting the open road.
