SPLASH Waterpark Lake Keepit Terms & Conditions
To ensure all participants Safety at SPLASH Waterpark Lake Keepit the following rules must be adhered to at all times:
Everyone must be 6 years or over and at least 110 cm Tall to participate on the Sportspark.
Anyone under 10 (6, 7, 8 or 9 years old) must be accompanied on SPLASH Waterpark by someone 16 years or over.
All participants must be able to swim unaided to and from the Waterpark.
All participants must attend the Safety Briefing prior to participating at SPLASH Waterpark.
All participants must wear a SPLASH Waterpark Lake Keepit Buoyancy Aid.
All tickets are non-refundable unless SPLASH Waterpark Lake Keepit is canceled due to inclement weather.
You must currently comply with the NSW Public Health Order in regards to COVID-19.
All participants are to keep a 1.5 meter distance between themselves and others while using SPLASH Waterpark.
SPLASH Waterpark retains the right to refuse entry for any person or groups who may be a safety risk or not not meet the essential rules.
All participants need to arrive 20 minutes prior to the commencement of their session time.
No participants can remove their Buoyancy Aid whilst on the Waterpark.
No participant can swim or dive underneath the equipment.
Ensure there are no people or objects in the Water before you jump.
Always Slide Feet first and move out of the landing area immediately.
No diving into the water from any obstacle, the back flips or front flips.
You can not take any objects or games to the waterpark.
You can not access the Waterpark with any food or drink.
You cannot access the Waterpark if you have consumed Drugs or alcohol.
No smoking or using Vapes whilst on the Waterpark.
All participants need to remove watches, eye wear including googles & sunglasses, earrings that got past the earlobe or other sharp objects .
No shoes are permitted except for grip socks.
For Safety reasons please do not access SPLASH Waterpark if you are pregnant.
SPLASH Waterpark is not responsible for any personal items inside or outside of the waterpark premises.
You can not participate at SPLASH Waterpark if you are Injuryed or have recently has surgery.
All participants must pay the entry fee prior to using SPLASH Waterpark.
SPLASH Waterpark can not be held responsible for any participant that is involved in an incident as they have failed to comply with the above rules of Entry.

Please do not contact Reflections Holiday Park - Lake Keepit regarding a SPLASH Waterpark booking unless you are making an accommodation booking.
We do recommend booking online as our sessions fill quickly! You can book at our reception Van but there is no guarantee positions will be available at your preferred time. Upon arrival, please make sure you have completed your waivers and then you may check in at reception.
After you have checked in and received a coloured band, please see our team to be fitted with a lifejacket and then be ready for the safety briefing.
If you are travelling a distance please call us before hand to see if we are open as the weather can impact our sessions. If you have an online booking that we can send you an email or text to let you know if there are any changes to SPLASH Waterpark operations.
Cancellations
In the event a customer has purchased a Lake Keepit SPLASH Waterpark ticket and a camping or cabin accommodation stay at Lake Keepit Reflections Holiday Park, if Splash Water Parks cancels for any reason, Reflections Holiday Park Lake Keepit will not offer a refund on the accommodation purchase as they are separate business entities and sold separately.
Customers are able to cancel their booking with at least 4 hours notice to receive a refund. If the cancellation request is within 4 hours of the booking time, all booking fee’s will be forfeited and there will be no refund provided.
If SPLASH Waterpark has to cancel your booking due to inclement weather or other factors that may impact our operation that are deemed to be unsafe or other you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
All refunds will be processed through our booking system and may take up to 7 business days to process.
