We are caretakers of a total 24,187 acres of land and 94 percent of it (to be precise, 8686 hectares) is coastal and inland reserve that lies on Crown land. This amounts to 45 reserves and 37 parks. Learn more about our environmental commitment here
Planning to hold an event on Crown Lands?
Licence Applications (excluding Boambee Creek Reserve)
Reflections Holiday Parks manages many great parks and reserves available to be used to hold your next event, organised sporting activity or special occasion. For such occasions we recommend completing an application to gain a licence authorising you to use the area.
All applications will be considered however approval is not guaranteed. If approval is granted, a licence holder does not have sole rights to an area, but has a form of personal permission to use the reserve or a particular part of it in a limited way, that may be restricted by times or uses.
Licence Fees
The applicable fees for a Licence depend on your event, and are:
- Application Fee: $60 (This fee is payable upon approval of your licence application)
- Licence (Hire) Fee: Dependent on the event and duration (Once we receive and assess your application, we will provide confirmation of the proposed fee amount for your consideration.)
Boambee Creek Reserve Shelter Hire
Bask in the ambience and scenery of Reflections Boambee Creek Reserve, a very special place just a short drive from Coffs Harbour and nice and close to the beautiful coastal village of Sawtell.
Watch the kids paddle in the peaceful shallow waters. Try your hand at stand-up paddle boarding. Bring the fishing gear and see what’s biting. You’ll soon see why Reflections Boambee Creek Reserve is a favourite with locals and tourists alike.

This gorgeous day reserve is ideal for dining alfresco, with plenty of tables, free BBQs, and shady grassed areas just perfect for your picnic blanket.
