When can I start using my $25 guest credit?
Your digital guest credit will be available for use as soon as you sign up as a member. This can be used across all 37 Reflections Holidays and in all tourist accommodation when you book directly with a park via phone, email or walk in. Credits cannot be redeemed via online bookings on our website for deposit payments or third party booking platforms. Credits may be redeemed online during balance payments. A minimum spend of $100 or more in a single stay applies to use this credit effective Tuesday 7 April 2020.
How long do I have to use my guest credit?
Your credit applies for 12 months from the day you become a Reflections Rewards Club member – i.e. join on May 1st 2019 to use your voucher any time before May 1st 2020.
How do I earn my $100 guest credit?
Just book your next Reflections getaway! Stay across all parks and tourist accommodation in a single calendar year to accrue spend and earn your $100 credit.
How many times can I earn a $100 guest credit throughout the year?
Rewards Club Members who spend $1,000 and over will receive one (1) $100 digital guest credit to use at any time across a single calendar year.

Do I need an email address to join the Reflections Rewards Club?
Yes. Providing an email address allows us to provide the best Rewards Club experience to our members and keep them up-to-date with exclusive member discounts, benefits & offers! How do I get an email address if I do not have one?

How will my membership work?
When booking a stay with us at Reflections Holidays, simply let the staff know your contact details and we’ll do the rest.
We have moved to a card-less membership program to save you time and lighten the load on your wallet. It is also very important to implement environmentally friendly initiatives and being card-less will help us stop the use of tonnes of plastic a year.
