Guest Services Officer – Boambee Creek Reserve

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Services Officer for a casual role at the beautiful and picturesque Reflections Boambee Creek Reserve.

The Guest Services Officer is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences for our Reserve visitors and for assisting our guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with guests face to face and via telephone
  • Provide information on the reserve and surrounding areas
  • Manage day passes and shelter bookings through the property management system (PMS), NewBook
  • Assist with kiosk duties, including serving customers and preparation of food as required
  • Undertake general office duties, banking and cleaning of office and kiosk
  • Assist with stock take and invoicing for the office, kiosk and cleaning equipment and chemicals

The Housekeeping Officer is responsible for offering a high level of friendly and welcoming customer service to all park visitors and is responsible for maintaining the presentation of the park.

Park Manager – Lake Burrendong & Mookerawa Waters

If you’re looking for a change of lifestyle, we can offer you the unique opportunity to take on a permanent, full-time role as a Park Manager leading two of our inland parks in Central West NSW – Reflections Lake Burrendong & Mookerawa Waters.

This role offers you the opportunity to apply a ‘hands-on’ approach, working with the park staff and other senior stakeholders across the business, to ensure the park is operated in accordance with our organisational policies and overall strategic direction.

The Park Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the park by working collaboratively with the broader Reflections team to optimise outcomes for the overall organisation, in the spirit of our organisational values and mission.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead by example, engendering a strong customer service-based culture.
  • Be responsible for implementing Reflections strategic plan, and ensure the financial performance of your park, by driving revenue opportunities and effectively managing expenses.
  • Implement efficient management practices in staffing, financial control, equipment maintenance, environment, staff training and development.
  • Oversee customer service delivery, implementation of WHS practices, and security, in line with organisational policies and procedures and best practice principles.
  • Utilise your skills and experience in negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution to enable effective liaison at all levels with varied stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive, not reactive, approach, and utilise your skills and experience to identify and effectively manage issues.
  • Respond to after-hours incidents and escalate matters accordingly including a minimum of three (3) on-call shifts per week
