CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Senior Project Manager (Full Time) – Newcastle Office

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Works team based in our Newcastle office.

Reporting to the Executive Manager – Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering holiday park redevelopments and managing multiple concurrent capital works projects. Projects you can expect to lead delivery of range from:

  • installation of manufactured cabins or glamping tents and other innovative accommodation offerings,
  • delivery of playgrounds, pools, foreshore rejuvenation and major landscaping / beautification works,
  • civil road works and boat ramps,
  • water, wastewater and power upgrade projects, including piping, treatment plants, solar farms, and substations,
  • new building works, from kiosks, offices, public amenities upgrades to fuel stations.
  • delivery of innovative environmental tourism offerings, such as mountain bike trails and walking tracks.

Guest Services Officer (Full Time) – Wyangala Waters

We currently have an opportunity for a casual experienced Guest Services Officer at our Wyangala Waters park. This role is a critical part of our wider mission to provide exceptional experiences through exceptional service. This role will work across a 7 day per week operation which includes weekend and public holiday work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service with the areas of responsibility for this role including:

  • Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face and via telephone and internet for bookings and enquiries
  • Undertake general office duties, banking and cleaning of office
  • Assist Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of office and kiosk/store
  • Follow work health and safety procedures; identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks
  • Have the right to work in Australia and can provide evidence of this

Housekeeping Officer (Permanent Part Time) – Grabine Lakeside

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Permanent Part Time Housekeeping Officer at our Grabine Lakeside park. This role will work across a 7 day per week operation which includes weekend and public holiday work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service, the areas of responsibility for this role include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Undertake housekeeping duties such as linen changes, cleaning both interior and exterior of cabins, replenishing stock.
  • Undertake cleaning of the amenities blocks.
  • Undertake stock take and compiling of records of items in cabins.
  • Assist and direct visitors within the park.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Complaints handling experience
  • Follow work health and safety procedures; identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks
  • Have the right to work in Australia and can provide evidence of this.
