Housekeeping Officer – Burrinjuck Waters

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Officer for a casual role at our Burrinjuck Waters Holiday Park.

This role is essential in maintaining a well-presented park for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all park visitors and guests;
  • Assist and direct guests in the park;
  • Assist supervisor with stock take for cabin and cleaning equipment and chemicals;
  • Undertake housekeeping duties including linen, cleaning interior and exterior of cabins;
  • Assisting as required in the cleaning of guest amenities;
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained;
  • Follow work health and safety procedures; identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks.

Grounds Worker – Burrinjuck Waters

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Worker for a permanent, full-time role at Burrinjuck Waters Holiday Park.

This is a critical role in maintaining the presentation of the park and for providing friendly customer service to our park guests. The Grounds Worker will work a rotational roster across a 7-day per week operation, including weekend and public holiday work.

The areas of responsibility for this role includes:

  • Undertaking general grounds maintenance and repairs, including water supply, buildings and other facilities;
  • Upkeep of guest amenities and conducting routine inspections;
  • Undertake cleaning of amenities blocks, BBQs, camp kitchens including COVID cleaning procedures;
  • Repairs and servicing of parks’ plant and other machinery;
  • Operate plant and equipment;
  • Maintenance of gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff;
  • Assist in the care and control of native and introduced animals within the park;
  • Carry out security checks and patrols of the park;

Housekeeping Officer – Copeton Waters

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Officer for a casual role at our Copeton Waters Holiday Park.

The Housekeeping Officer will work a rotational roster across a 7-day per week operation, including weekend and public holiday work.

In this role, the Housekeeping Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including liaising with guests and directing visitors within the park;
  • Undertaking housekeeping duties, such as linen changes, interior and exterior cleaning of cabins and surrounding areas and the replenishment of stock;
  • Assisting in cleaning duties for amenities, BBQ areas and other outdoor facilities;
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained by undertaking stocktake for the office and compiling of records of cabin items;
  • Follow Work Health and Safety procedures, identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks.

Park Manager – Lake Burrendong & Mookerawa Waters

We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to work across two of our stunning inland parks located on Burrendong Dam – Reflections Lake Burrendong and Reflections Mookerawa Waters.

The Park Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the park by working collaboratively with the broader Reflections team to optimise outcomes for the overall organisation, in the spirit of our organisational values and mission.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead by example, engendering a strong customer service-based culture.
  • Be responsible for implementing Reflections strategic plan, and ensure the financial performance of your park, by driving revenue opportunities and effectively managing expenses.
  • Implement efficient management practices in staffing, financial control, equipment maintenance, environment, staff training and development.
  • Oversee customer service delivery, implementation of WHS practices, and security, in line with organisational policies and procedures and best practice principles.
  • Utilise your skills and experience in negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution to enable effective liaison at all levels with varied stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive, not reactive, approach, and utilise your skills and experience to identify and effectively manage issues.
  • Respond to after-hours incidents and escalate matters accordingly.

Assistant Park Manager – Lake Keepit

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Park Manager for a permanent, full-time role at Reflections Lake Keepit.

The Assistant Park Manager is responsible for supporting the Park Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the park by working collaboratively with the broader Reflections team to optimise outcomes for the overall organisation, in the spirit of our organisational values and mission.

  • Implement efficient management practices in staffing, financial control, equipment maintenance, environment, staff training and development

  • Manage the day to day financial transactions including reconciliation and banking of monies
  • Attract, retain, train and roster staff to ensure a positive culture
  • Have a proactive, not reactive, approach, and utilise your skills and experience to identify and effectively manage issues.

Kiosk Worker – Wyangala Waters & Grabine Lakeside

We are seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Kiosk Workers for a part time role and a casual role at Reflections Wyangala Waters and Grabine Lakeside parks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service. The areas of responsibility for this role includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Undertake preparation and cooking of food
  • Assist and direct visitors within the park
  • Undertake general cleaning of kiosk area
  • Set up and running of children’s activities
  • Assist with the opening and closing of our office and kiosk area
  • Receiving and dispensing of monies via computerised point of sale register
  • Assist with stock take and invoicing for the kiosk and cleaning equipment and chemicals
