Housekeeping Officer – Burrinjuck Waters

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Officer for a casual role at our Burrinjuck Waters Holiday Park.

This role is essential in maintaining a well-presented park for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all park visitors and guests;
  • Assist and direct guests in the park;
  • Assist supervisor with stock take for cabin and cleaning equipment and chemicals;
  • Undertake housekeeping duties including linen, cleaning interior and exterior of cabins;
  • Assisting as required in the cleaning of guest amenities;
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained;
  • Follow work health and safety procedures; identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks.

Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor – Wyangala Waters/Grabine Lakeside

We are seeking an experienced Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor for a permanent, full-time role, working across two of our parks, Reflections Wyangala Waters and Reflections Grabine Lakeside.

The Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising our team of Grounds Workers and managing the overall grounds and maintenance activities of both parks.

In this role, the Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and manage a small team of grounds staff including setting expectations of service standards and performance;
  • Manage the day to day operations of grounds maintenance, including lawns, tree maintenance, service and repair of machinery cleaning and maintaining amenities and camp kitchen areas;
  • Manage the day to day operation of Facilities including general and emergency maintenance and upgrades, road repairs and upkeep, and upkeep of all other park assets;
  • Manage the day to day operation of security in park, including on-call shifts for nightly security checks;
  • Assisting the Park Manager to ensure operational and strategic plans are met;
  • Inducting and managing Contractors in the Grounds operational area;
  • Assisting in the management of staff rostering, budgeting records keeping and invoicing for the grounds operational area.

Guest Services Supervisor – Lake Glenbawn

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Supervisor for a permanent, full-time role at our Lake Glenbawn Holiday Park.

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Guest Services Officers, Housekeeping Officers and Kiosk Workers and providing exceptional customer experiences to our valued guests. A hands-on background in team leadership, administration, finance, customer service, food handling and housekeeping is essential for this role.

In this role, the Guest Services Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Guest Services Officers, Housekeeping Officers and Kiosk Workers including managing and setting expectations of service standards and performance;
  • Provide a high level of quality customer service;
  • Manage the day to day operations of Front of House including financial transactions, reconciliation, banking of monies and reservation activities;
  • Manage day to day operations of the Kiosk including stock levels, POS transactions, fuel sales and food preparation;
  • Assist the Park Manager and Human Resources in the recruitment process by undertaking interviews and reference checks as required;
  • Assist the Park Manager in the rostering of staff;
  • Manage the day to day housekeeping operations including managing the laundry area, linen changes, cleaning of cabins and amenities;
  • Manage team WHS responsibilities such as toolbox talks.
