We are looking for a passionate and results oriented Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations Team, driving sales and inspiring people to take an outdoor escape in one of their amazing locations. Reporting directly to the Group Manager Marketing and Sales, this role will suit a highly energized person who will bring a broad range of sales and leadership experience to the team.
The role requires an ability to work at an operational and strategic level, assisting with day-to-day sales as well as driving the organisation’s mission and vision.
We are looking for passionate, customer centric people to join our Reservation Team. The Reservations Team is integral to the success of the business, providing support and assistance to our customers, and ensuring guests have the trip of a lifetime. They have multiple casual and part-time positions available (20-38 hours per week), working flexible shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and some public holidays.
