SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR/MANAGER

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator/Manager to join our team in our Newcastle office.

Reporting to the CFO, the Contracts Administrator\Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of contracts, will get involved in procurement as well as contribute to business process reviews and improvements.

You will have the opportunity to add value to this growing business by partnering with key stakeholders to deliver against our strategic plan objectives. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Overseeing contractual obligations from engagement phase to contract closure – ensure that the contractual commitments undertaken are relevant and consistent; are clearly described; are ethical; are well understood by those tasked with delivering them; and are complied with
  • Support the contract management activities undertaken by the Operations team, and keep abreast of the performance of any contract administration activities undertaken across the business
  • Lead and/or support the negotiation of strategic agreements and contracts, with the oversight and support of the CFO
  • Provide commercial/contract management support through the complete project life cycle
  • Lead and manage the strategic procurement activities in accordance with the organisation’s policies and values.

This role provides the opportunity to travel to support operational leaders with the management of their contracts.
