Safety and Training Advisor

We currently have an opportunity for a Safety and Training Advisor to join our growing team.

As the Safety and Training Advisor you will responsible for the overall management and delivery of training for front-line park staff and staff based in the corporate offices. This role initially has a focus on health, safety and environment training and is anticipated to expand over time to include broader organisational development programs.

In addition, you will support employees and managers of Reflections Holiday Parks with general advice related to conducting risk assessment and managing safety in the workplace. This role will also involve routine travel across operational locations in NSW.
