Marketing Cadet – Newcastle, NSW

This is a full-time, fixed-term position, based at Reflections’ Newcastle (Carrington) office. Reporting to the Executive Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing team and will contribute to Reflections Holiday Parks’ brand and strategic marketing direction. This role is a fundamental part of our Marketing team that provides support to create high levels of efficiency within our marketing functions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual wanting to launch their career in Marketing. You will be a recent graduate, possess a willingness to learn and a passion for Marketing with the determination to progress your career.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website, EDMs, blogs and digital and print advertising;
  • Provide support in the analysis and interpretation of market research;
  • Coordinate trade and consumer shows, including assisting with the preparation of registration, required materials, briefings of representatives and attendance at events;
  • Assist the Rewards and Guest Experience Manager in the development of content for our loyalty program;
  • Assist in the preparation of graphic design and media briefs and the application of advertising and marketing activities;
  • Prepare and collate marketing activity reports;
  • Provide support to Regional Managers and Park Managers with day-to-day enquiries and marketing collateral.

Grounds Worker – Burrinjuck Waters, NSW

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Worker for a permanent, full-time position to work at Burrinjuck Waters Holiday Park. Critical to our operations, this role forms part of our wider mission to provide exceptional experiences through exceptional service and upkeep of our parks.

In this role, you will be responsible for a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service and will be responsible for the following:

  • Undertaking general grounds maintenance and repairs, including water supply, buildings and other facilities;
  • Upkeep of guest amenities and conducting routine inspections
  • Repairs and servicing of parks’ plant and other machinery
  • Operate plant and equipment
  • Maintenance of gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Carry out security checks and patrols of the park
  • Follow work health and safety procedures; identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks

Holiday Park Allrounder – Burrinjuck Waters, NSW

We are seeking a casual Housekeeping Officer/Kiosk Worker to work at our Burrinjuck Waters Holiday Park. Critical to our operations, this role forms part of our wider mission to provide exceptional experiences through exceptional service.

In this role, you will be responsible for a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service and will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including liaising with guests face to face and via telephone
  • Undertaking housekeeping duties including linen, cleaning interior and exterior of cabins
  • Assisting as required in the cleaning of guest amenities
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained by undertaking stock take for the kiosk and compiling of records of cabin items
  • Assist with kiosk duties, including food preparation and general customer service
  • Follow Work Health and Safety procedures, identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks
