Park Roles

Guest Services Officer – Copeton Waters

We are seeking experienced Guest Services Officers for part-time and casual roles at Reflections Copeton Waters.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Manage guest check in / out through our property management system (PMS), NewBook
  • Assist in opening and closing of our office
  • Undertake general office duties, banking and cleaning of the office
  • Process sales for the store through computerised point of sale register
  • Assist with Kiosk duties as required

Corporate Roles

Guest Services Officer (Support Centre)

We are seeking two Support Centre Officers for part-time roles to join our newly formed Support Centre team over an initial fixed term of 12 months.

Based in our Newcastle office, the Support Centre (call centre) provides additional support to our holiday parks throughout NSW and creates personalised, memorable experiences for our guests.

The Support Centre Officers will be required to work a rotational roster, Monday – Saturday, between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm. Due to the nature of our operations, during and leading up to our peak periods, the successful candidates may also be required to work public holidays.

This role may include occasional overnight travel to our holiday parks to assist with on-park duties.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests over the phone (inbound and outbound) and internet for bookings, enquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process guest reservations and cancellations through our property management system (PMS), NewBook
  • Manage the Information Inbox by monitoring emails and responding to guest queries
  • Provide information to guests on our parks and surrounding areas & facilities
  • Assist with Emergency Management procedures as required
  • Assist with on-park duties including travelling to and working within Park sites as required

IT Support Officer – Newcastle

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Officer will provide full systems support to all 37 Holiday Parks throughout NSW as well as the Corporate Office in Newcastle.

Based in our Newcastle office, you will be required to occasionally travel to our holiday parks in magnificent locations across NSW to provide support to our holiday park teams and employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond to service issues / requests in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support across the company in person and on the phone
  • Set up accounts for new users
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Test new technology
  • Provide technical training to staff
