Reserve Manager – Boambee Creek Reserve

We are seeking an experienced Reserve Manager. Critical to our operations, this role forms part of our wider vision to be a leading provider of recreational destinations that excite guests, energise communities and showcase sensational NSW locations. In this role, you will:

  • Lead by example, engendering a strong customer service-based culture;
  • Kiosk, food and cash handling skills;
  • Be responsible for implementing Reflections strategic plan, and ensure the financial performance by driving revenue opportunities and effectively managing expenses;
  • Implement efficient management practices in staffing, financial control, equipment maintenance, environment, staff training and development;
  • Oversee customer service delivery, implementation of WHS practices, and security, in line with organisational policies and procedures and best practice principles;
  • Utilise your skills and experience in negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution to enable effective liaison at all levels with varied stakeholders;
  • Have a proactive, not reactive, approach, and utilise your skills and experience to identify and effectively manage issues;
  • Respond to afterhours incidents and escalate matters accordingly.

Critical to our operations, this role form part of our wider vision to be a leading provider of recreational destinations that excite guests, energise communities and showcase sensational NSW locations.  The areas of responsibility for this role includes:

  • Undertaking general grounds maintenance and repairs, including water supply, buildings and other facilities;
  • Upkeep of guest amenities and conducting routine inspections;
  • Repairs and servicing of parks’ plant and other machinery;
  • Operate plant and equipment;
  • Maintenance of gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff;
  • Carry out security checks and patrols of the park;

Housekeeping Officer – Copeton Waters

This permanent, full-time opportunity is for an experienced Housekeeping Officer for our Copeton Waters Holiday Park. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Providing excellent customer service;
  • Assisting and directing visitors within the park;

Park Manager – Clarkes Beach

We have an exciting 12-month fixed term, full-time opportunity with the possibility of an ongoing permanent role, based at our Clarkes Beach Holiday Park. You will adopt a “hands-on” approach and work with other senior staff to ensure the park is operated to the highest standard in accordance with organisational policy and procedures.

As the Park Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the park, working collaboratively with the broader Reflections team to optimise outcomes for the overall organisation and in the spirit of our organisational values and mission. In this role you will:

HSE Business Partner – Newcastle

We are recruiting for a motivated and driven HSE Business Partner for our Newcastle office.

Working across our portfolio of 39 holiday parks and recreational reserves, the HSE Business Partner will be responsible for building on the existing systems and processes for managing HSE for our organisation, including enhancing the business continuity procedures and resources.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively manage and control all aspects of the HSE system and its application across the business;
  • Ensure the company meets the necessary legislative obligations and drive the continuous improvement of health, safety and environment functions throughout the organisation;
  • Ensure the ongoing development of innovative policies and practices to ensure we are leaders within our industry;
  • Support our workforce with the effective implementation of the HSE Management system;
  • Assist in the development, delivery and monitoring of local HSE strategies.
