Guest Services Officer – Burrinjuck Waters

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Officer for a casual role in South West NSW, located 40 minutes from Yass – Reflections Burrinjuck Waters.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Manage guest check in / out through our property management system (PMS), NewBook
  • Assist in opening and closing of our office
  • Undertake general office duties, banking and cleaning of the office
  • Process sales for the store through computerised point of sale register

Housekeeping Officer – Clarkes Beach

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Housekeeping Officer for a casual role in one of our most popular parks on the NSW Far North Coast, located in Byron Bay – Reflections Clarkes Beach.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Undertake housekeeping duties including making up beds, cleaning of linen and other laundry items, restocking room supplies and cleaning interior and exterior of cabin
  • Undertake general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping & mopping, dusting and disposing of rubbish
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Assist with guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

Housekeeping Officer – Copeton Waters

We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated Housekeeping Officers for a part-time and casual roles at Copeton Waters.

In this role, you will:

  • Undertake housekeeping duties including making up beds, cleaning of linen and other laundry items, restocking room supplies and cleaning interior and exterior of cabin
  • Undertake general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping & mopping, dusting and disposing of rubbish
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Assist with guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

Grounds Worker – Lake Glenbawn

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Worker for a permanent, part-time role to join the team at our Lake Glenbawn Holiday Park.

In this role, you will:

  • Undertake general grounds maintenance and repairs, including water supply, buildings and other facilities
  • Undertake cleaning of guest amenities and other public spaces, including COVID cleans and conducting routine inspections
  • Repairs and servicing of parks’ plant and other machinery as required
  • Operate equipment and use tools, such as ride on mower, power tools and other general lawn and gardening tools
  • Maintain of gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff
  • Assist and direct visitors within the park
  • Follow Work Health and Safety procedures, identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks
