Park Manager (Full-time) – Clarkes Beach

The beauty of Byron Bay awaits at Reflections Holiday Parks Clarkes Beach. Positioned just a 10-minutes walk from the centre of Byron Bay, with direct beach access to Clarkes Beach, this is a location money can’t buy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take the reigns at our idyllic parks in one of nature’s best backyards.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Lead by example, engendering a strong customer service-based culture
  • Manage staff including roster preparation, performance management, training and development and recruitment of new staff at base parks.
  • Drive Reflections’ strategic plan through the effective management of finances and resources for consumables, grounds and assets
  • Implementation and oversight of park business plan execution
  • Implement WHS practices in line with organisational policies and procedures and best practice principles
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake stocktake for the kiosk, store, cabins, office and housekeeping supplies

Park General Manager (Full-time) – Hawks Nest & Mid North Coast

A fantastic and rare opportunity is ready for a passionate leader to lead our teams at Reflections Hawks Nest and Jimmys Beach, while overseeing a hub of parks on the Mid North Coast. The hub parks include the award-winning Seal Rocks, Forster Beach and Tuncurry.

Based in the beautiful beach side community of Hawks Nest, this role has direct management for our parks at Hawks Nest and Jimmys Beach. Additionally, the role oversees a hub of contractor-managed parks on the NSW Mid North Coast.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take the reigns at our idyllic parks in one of nature’s best backyards.

Planning Manager (Full-time) – Newcastle Office

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Provide planning expertise to create a pipeline of implementation projects
  • Contribute to our organisational development plan by providing input into development opportunities
  • Develop project briefs into detailed project charters
  • Stay up to date on market trends and influences
  • Focus on the implementation of sustainable technology and other innovative products into the project development process
  • Analyse project information to develop an optimal asset development program
  • Collaborate with the wider Operations team and consult with key external stakeholders to drive engagement and input on proposed development opportunities
  • Manage delay contingencies and proactively problem-solve potential problems for projects

Business Analyst (Full-time) – Newcastle Office

Reporting to the Group Manager – Corporate Services, the Business Analyst will be responsible for researching, analysing, reporting and delivering business insights, metrics and trend analysis data to inform key stakeholders and provide insights which support the continuous improvement of continuous improvement.

You will have the opportunity to add value to this growing business by partnering with key stakeholders to delivery against our strategic plan objectives. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Mapping business processes and consulting with stakeholders on process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide analysis and support for the developing business cases and business improvement plans.
  • Provision of financial advice and support to Business Managers, particularly in the preparation of detailed forecasts where trends are analysed, business drivers understood to pre-empt potential issues and advise accordingly.
  • Support in the preparation and validation of information in the Monthly Performance Report ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

This role provides the opportunity to travel to support operational leaders with the management of their contracts.
