Business Operations Graduate – Newcastle

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in our Newcastle office as Business Operations Graduate. Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible for providing support for both employee and contracted parks and will contribute to the development and delivery of the Operational Plan.

We are looking for a recent graduate, who possesses a willingness to learn, a passion for Operations and general business with the determination to progress in their career. We encourage continued education and will provide regular ongoing specialised training and development.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Operations team
  • Be a positive first point of contact for internal Operations enquiries
  • Provide support across a range of Operations functions and projects as required
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist Safety Team with the coordination of Safety Program Delivery
  • Perform computer-based tasks including maintaining databases, preparing and sending written communication to a range of stakeholders
  • Assist in the internal data collection for the purpose of Park Tender briefs
  • Provide coordination of Holiday Park business plan builds & Holiday Park Operations Manual builds
  • Work with the Contracts Manager to ensure ongoing upkeep of all park agreements, leases and licences
