Grounds Worker (Casual)

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the standard of the reserve by ensuring the grounds and guest facilities are clean and presentable
  • Upkeep the guest amenities, BBQ areas and fish cleaning tables to a high standard
  • Undertake basic repairs and servicing on parks plant and machinery
  • Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for all park visitors
  • Operate small plant and hand-operated equipment, such as ride on mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer and other general lawn & gardening tools
  • Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff
  • Undertake regular cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and machinery
  • Carry out patrols of the park including after-hours on-call shifts

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Senior Guest Services Officer (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer service and create memorable experiences for our park guests
  • Be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage guest check in and out through our property management system, NewBook
  • Undertake stocktake for the kiosk, store, cabins, office and housekeeping supplies
  • Assist with managing purchase orders  and processing invoices
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Undertake social media administration including responding to guest enquiries through Facebook

HR Coordinator (Full-time)

The HR Coordinator has a key focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.

  • Support processes associated with the employee lifecycle, including end to end recruitment, offboarding and remuneration reviews
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including our reward & recognition program and culture & engagement platform
  • Manage and action requests and enquiries through the HR Group inbox
  • Participate in and support HR team projects, including organisation design and restructures
  • Act as a key contact for HR system navigation and support
  • Support the preparation of HR reports and ensure accurate data and insights
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance with workers compensation and performance management
  • Provide broad HR administrative support

Senior Administrator/Team Leader (Full-time)

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Administration Team Leader oversees all accounts processing and payroll functions.

  • End to end weekly and fortnightly payroll processing for corporate and park operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate the high-volume Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement activities for the Accounts and Payroll functions.
  • Train, inform and educate the wider business on finance processes.
  • Provide general finance administration support to the wider Finance team, including fleet administration and training delivery.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, however a job share arrangement may be considered for the right candidates.

Reservations Officer (Casual) [Multiple]

Due to an increased volume of inbound calls and customer demand for our fantastic holiday parks, we have multiple casual positions available (20-38 hours per week), working flexible shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and some public holidays.

As the Reservations Officer, you will play a key role in our customer journey while providing support to each of our Park Management teams throughout our 37 parks across NSW.

  • Support the customer journey by processing guest reservations, assisting with enquiries and providing information on the park and local areas
  • Maximise booking and reservation opportunities by achieving individual and team targets
  • Promote genuine conversations with guests by delivering scripts and key messages in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage and action requests and enquiries through the Information inbox
  • Proactively work with the Reservations Team Leader to achieve target KPIs and provide feedback on our campaigns
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and converting enquiries into bookings
  • Provide general support to our wider Operations team, including on-park duties and travelling to parks as required
