Guest Services Officer – Burrinjuck Waters

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Officer for a casual role in South West NSW, located 40 minutes from Yass – Reflections Burrinjuck Waters.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Manage guest check in / out through our property management system (PMS), NewBook
  • Assist in opening and closing of our office
  • Undertake general office duties, banking and cleaning of the office
  • Process sales for the store through computerised point of sale register

Grounds Worker – Burrinjuck Waters

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Worker for a permanent, full-time role to work at Reflections Burrinjuck Waters.

In this role you will:

  • Undertake general grounds maintenance and repairs, including water supply, buildings and other facilities
  • Undertake regular cleaning of guest amenities, BBQs, fish cleaning areas and other public spaces in line with COVID requirements
  • Conduct basic repairs and servicing of parks’ plant and other machinery
  • Operate plant and equipment, including ride on mowers, tractors, chainsaws and power tools
  • Assist with more complex maintenance projects, including removal of trees and larger cabin maintenance
  • Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff
  • Assist with after-hours on-call duties as required

Guest Services Officer – Copeton Waters

We are seeking experienced Guest Services Officers for casual roles at Reflections Copeton Waters.

In this role, you will:

Guest Services Supervisor – Lake Glenbawn

Reflections Lake Glenbawn has a unique opportunity to take on a permanent, full-time role as a Guest Services Supervisor leading our front office and housekeeping team.

This role offers you the opportunity to work with experienced senior stakeholders and to provide support to the Park Manager in ensure the park is operated in accordance with our organisational policies and overall strategic direction.

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Housekeeping, Guest Services and Kiosk staff including managing and setting expectations of service standards and performance.
  • Provide a high level of quality customer service.
  • Assist the Park Manager with rostering and timesheet approvals.
  • Manage the day to day operations of front office including financial transactions, reconciliation, banking of monies and reservation activities.
  • Managing day to day operations of the Kiosk including stock levels, POS transactions, fuel sales and food preparation.
  • Managing the day to day housekeeping operations including managing the laundry area, linen changes, cleaning of cabins and amenities.
  • Carry out regular after-hours patrols and on-call requirements on a rostered basis.

Housekeeping Officer – Lake Glenbawn

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Housekeeping Officer for a casual role at Reflections Lake Glenbawn.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Undertake housekeeping duties including making up beds, cleaning of linen and other laundry items, restocking room supplies and cleaning interior and exterior of cabin
  • Undertake general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping & mopping, dusting and disposing of rubbish
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Assist with guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

Guest Services Officer – Wyangala Waters

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Guest Services Officers for a part-time role, working across two of our inland parks – Reflections Wyangala Waters & Grabine Lakeside.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Manage guest check in / out through our property management system (PMS), NewBook
  • Assist in opening and closing of our office
  • Undertake general office duties, banking and cleaning of the office
  • Process sales for the store through computerised point of sale register

Corporate Roles

Support Centre Officer – Newcastle

We are seeking two Support Centre Officers for part-time roles to join our newly formed and growing Support Centre team on a fixed-term basis.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests over the phone (inbound and outbound) and internet for bookings, enquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process guest reservations and cancellations through our property management system (PMS), NewBook
  • Manage the Information Inbox by monitoring emails and responding to guest queries
  • Provide information to guests on our parks and surrounding areas & facilities
  • Assist with Emergency Management procedures as required
  • Assist with on-park duties including travelling to and working within Park sites as required
