Housekeeping Officer – Clarkes Beach

We are seeking two dedicated and self-motivated Housekeeping Officers for casual roles in one of our most popular parks on the NSW Far North Coast, located in Byron Bay – Reflections Clarkes Beach.

The Housekeeping Officer is responsible for offering a high level of friendly and welcoming customer service to all park visitors and is responsible for maintaining the presentation of the park.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Undertake housekeeping duties including making up beds, cleaning of linen and other laundry items, restocking room supplies and cleaning interior and exterior of cabin
  • Undertake general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping & mopping, dusting and disposing of rubbish
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Assist with guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

Park Manager – Hawks Nest & Jimmys Beach

If you’re looking for a change of lifestyle, we can offer you the unique opportunity to take on a permanent, full-time role as a Park Manager leading two of our most popular locations in the incredible Port Stephens region – Reflections Hawks Nest & Reflections Jimmys Beach.

The Park Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the park by working collaboratively with the broader Reflections team to optimise outcomes for the overall organisation, in the spirit of our organisational values and mission.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead by example, engendering a strong customer service-based culture
  • Be responsible for implementing Reflections strategic plan, and ensure the financial performance of your park, by driving revenue opportunities and effectively managing expenses
  • Implement efficient management practices in staffing, financial control, equipment maintenance, environment, staff training and development
  • Oversee customer service delivery, implementation of WHS practices, and security, in line with organisational policies and procedures and best practice principles
  • Utilise your skills and experience in negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution to enable effective liaison at all levels with varied stakeholders
  • Have a proactive, not reactive, approach, and utilise your skills and experience to identify and effectively manage issues
  • Respond to after-hours incidents and escalate matters accordingly

Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor – Hawks Nest & Jimmys Beach

If you need a change of lifestyle, we can offer you an opportunity to lead our team of Grounds Workers as a permanent, full-time Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor working across two of our most popular locations in the incredible Port Stephens region – Reflections Hawks Nest & Reflections Jimmys Beach.

The Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising our team of Grounds Workers and managing the overall grounds and maintenance activities of both parks.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a small team of grounds staff including setting expectations of service standards and performance
  • Manage the day to day operations of grounds maintenance, including lawns, tree maintenance, service and repair of machinery cleaning and maintaining amenities and camp kitchen areas
  • Manage the day to day operation of facilities including general and emergency maintenance and upgrades, road repairs and upkeep, and upkeep of all other park assets
  • Manage the day to day operation of security in park, including on-call shifts for nightly security checks
  • Assisting the Park Manager to ensure operational and strategic plans are met
  • Induct and managing contractors in the grounds operational area
  • Assist in the management of staff rostering, budgeting records keeping and invoicing for the grounds operational area
