Exec Manager – Marketing

A great opportunity is now available to join our marketing team based in our Newcastle office. This is a true business partnering opportunity working directly with leaders across our Corporate Office and Holiday Parks to provide strategic and expert advice and support.

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the broader marketing team and implementing long term marketing plans aligned with the organisations core strategies

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop programs to grow our brand and ensure consistent deliver of our brand values across the business
  • Prepare and implement strategic marketing and communications plan for the Reflections business
  • Inform the business through customer segmentation, market research, and interpretation of research outputs to determine appropriate marketing and channel strategies
  • Create and lead regionally based engagement and experience plans that leverage the strength of our iconic locations and value proposition, with ongoing external tourism initiatives
  • Continuously review existing methods of marketing communication and identify opportunities for improving effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of marketing systems and activities
  • Advise, brief and make recommendations to the Executive on opportunities and issues related to the management of the Reflections brand, and consumer market generally
  • Recommending new market opportunities and preparing business cases based on market research and intelligence

Book Keeper – Receivables

An exciting opportunity has arisen in either our Newcastle or Coffs Harbour offices to join our accounts team.

This is a Maternity Relief Position for a Fixed Term period of 12 months. Reporting to the Finance Administration Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting the finance department with book keeping, monthly financial reporting tasks and payroll relief.
