Current Vacancies

Executive Manager – Tourism/Parks

Reporting to the Group Manager – Operations, this role will suit someone who has demonstrated leadership in managing complex operations in remote areas.

An Operations Manager and three park managers report to this position. This role will not only define the strategy for Inland Parks but will also have a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership and people management skills.

With such a diverse portfolio of internal and external stakeholders, you must also be able to easily develop strong relationships to successfully influence and negotiate.

2IC / Assistant Park Manager – Burrinjuck Waters

We are currently looking for an Assistant Park Manager/2IC to work at our Burrinjuck Waters park. This position is an excellent opportunity with great benefits.

Responsibilities include;

  • Undertake duties of Park Manager on a relief basis and on Manager’s days off
  • Supervise direct reports and oversee daily work where required
  • Ensure compliance with all mandatory and necessary legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure effective management and cleanliness of areas in control
  • Manage the day to day financial transactions including reconciliation and banking of monies

Leisure Attendant – Lifeguard (Casual)

A sensational opportunity now exists at our Lake Burrendong Holiday ParkLeisure Attendant – Lifeguard 

Reflections Holiday Parks Lake Burrendong, in Central West NSW, is a popular inland destination in Lake Burrendong State Park, an easy drive from Dubbo, Wellington and Orange NSW.

This role is responsible for carrying out day to day Pool and Water Slide Operations within our holiday park to ensure user safety, water quality compliance and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

This casual role will work across a 7 day per week operation which includes weekend and public holiday work.
