Reservations Manager – Full Time Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and results oriented Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations Team, driving sales and inspiring people to take an outdoor escape in one of their amazing locations.  Reporting directly to the Group Manager Marketing and Sales, this role will suit a highly energized person who will bring a broad range of sales and leadership experience to the team.

The role requires an ability to work at an operational and strategic level, assisting with day-to-day sales as well as driving the organisation’s mission and vision.


  • Establish and embed a customer centric performance culture that supports achievement of service levels and sales targets.
  • Ensure service and sales targets (SLA’s and KPI’s) are set, continually reviewed and met to optimum levels of quality and service delivery.
  • Actively engage, motivate and support the development of the Reservations Team to meet service level standards and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the Reservations Team, encouraging feedback and insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead the development of effective sales and service initiatives to improve the reservations and booking process and drive a continuous improvement environment.
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, including Holiday Park Managers and operational staff.

Reservations Agent – Part Time Opportunity

We are looking for passionate, customer centric people to join our Reservation Team.  The Reservations Team is integral to the success of the business, providing support and assistance to our customers, and ensuring guests have the trip of a lifetime. They have multiple casual and part-time positions available (20-38 hours per week), working flexible shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and some public holidays.

As a Reservations Team Member, you will play a vital role in our customer journey, in addition to providing support to each of our Park Management teams across our 37 locations in NSW. As the first point of contact for our business key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting genuine connection and conversation with customers by delivering key sales messages in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Positively supporting the customer experience by processing guest reservations, assisting with enquiries and providing information on the parks and local areas.
  • Driving revenue growth by maximising booking and reservation opportunities, upselling, cross-selling and converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Proactively working with the Reservations Team Leader to achieve KPI sales targets and providing feedback on sales campaigns.
  • Provide general support to the wider Operations team, including on-park duties and travelling to parks as required.
