Reserve Manager – Boambee Creek Reserve

We are seeking an experienced Reserve Manager for a permanent, full-time role at the picturesque Boambee Creek Reserve.

The Reserve Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Reserve to provide exceptional experiences for our valued guests.

This position will include afterhours duties as well as weekend and public holiday work.

Responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Lead by example, engendering a strong customer service-based culture.
  • Assist with Kiosk duties, including food preparation and cash handling.
  • Be responsible for implementing Reflections strategic plan, and ensure the financial performance by driving revenue opportunities and effectively managing expenses.
  • Implement efficient management practices in staffing, financial control, equipment maintenance, environment, staff training and development.
  • Oversee customer service delivery, implementation of WHS practices, and security, in line with organisational policies and procedures and best practice principles.
  • Utilise your skills and experience in negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution to enable effective liaison at all levels with varied stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive, not reactive, approach, and utilise your skills and experience to identify and effectively manage issues.
  • Conduct routine security checks and responding to afterhours incidents.

Guest Services Officer – Boambee Creek Reserve

We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services Officer to join the friendly team at Reflections Boambee Creek Reserve.

The Guest Services Officer is the first point of contact for our valued guests. This role requires someone with a passion for customer service and extensive experience in similar customer-facing roles. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including liaising with guests face to face and via telephone.
  • Processing of day passes and shelter hire through our reservations management system, Newbook.
  • Assist in opening and closing of our office and kiosk area and set up and running of children’s activities.
  • Assist with kiosk duties, including serving customers and preparation of food.

Grounds Worker – Burrinjuck Waters

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Worker for a permanent, full-time role at Burrinjuck Waters Holiday Park.

This is a critical role in maintaining the presentation of the park and for providing friendly customer service to our park guests. The Grounds Worker will work a rotational roster across a 7-day per week operation, including weekend and public holiday work.

The areas of responsibility for this role includes:

  • Undertaking general grounds maintenance and repairs, including water supply, buildings and other facilities;
  • Upkeep of guest amenities and conducting routine inspections;
  • Undertake cleaning of amenities blocks, BBQs, camp kitchens including COVID cleaning procedures;
  • Repairs and servicing of parks’ plant and other machinery;
  • Operate plant and equipment;
  • Maintenance of gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff;
  • Assist in the care and control of native and introduced animals within the park;
  • Carry out security checks and patrols of the park;

Guest Services Supervisor – Lake Glenbawn

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Supervisor for a permanent, full-time role at our Lake Glenbawn Holiday Park.

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Guest Services Officers, Housekeeping Officers and Kiosk Workers and providing exceptional customer experiences to our valued guests. A hands-on background in team leadership, administration, finance, customer service, food handling and housekeeping is essential for this role.

In this role, the Guest Services Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Housekeeping, Front of House and Food and Beverage staff including managing and setting expectations of service standards and performance.
  • Provide a high level of quality customer service.
  • Manage the day to day operations of Front of House including financial transactions, reconciliation, banking of monies and reservation activities.
  • Managing day to day operations of the Kiosk including stock levels, POS transactions, fuel sales and food preparation.
  • Managing the day to day housekeeping operations including managing the laundry area, linen changes, cleaning of cabins and amenities.

Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor – Wyangala Waters & Grabine Lakeside

We are seeking an experienced Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor for a permanent, full-time role, working across two of our parks, Reflections Wyangala Waters and Reflections Grabine Lakeside.

The Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising our team of Grounds Workers and managing the overall grounds and maintenance activities of both parks.

In this role, the Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and manage a small team of grounds staff including setting expectations of service standards and performance;
  • Manage the day to day operations of grounds maintenance, including lawns, tree maintenance, service and repair of machinery cleaning and maintaining amenities and camp kitchen areas;
  • Manage the day to day operation of Facilities including general and emergency maintenance and upgrades, road repairs and upkeep, and upkeep of all other park assets;
  • Manage the day to day operation of security in park, including on-call shifts for nightly security checks;
  • Assisting the Park Manager to ensure operational and strategic plans are met;
  • Inducting and managing Contractors in the Grounds operational area;
  • Assisting in the management of staff rostering, budgeting records keeping and invoicing for the grounds operational area.
