Current Opportunities

Senior Project Managers – Capital Works

We are currently looking for Senior Project Managers to be based in our Newcastle office who have the passion and skills to help us deliver our mission of “transforming our traditional caravan and camping parks into the most desirable destinations that exceed the recreational and accommodation needs of visitors from Australia and overseas”.

Reporting to the Executive Manager – Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering holiday park redevelopments and managing multiple concurrent capital works and maintenance projects. Projects you can expect to lead delivery of range from:

  • installation of manufactured cabins or glamping tents and other innovative accommodation offerings,
  • delivery of playgrounds, pools, foreshore rejuvenation and major landscaping / beautification works,
  • civil road works and boat ramps,
  • water, wastewater and power upgrade projects, including piping, treatment plants, solar farms, and substations,
  • new building works, from kiosks, offices, public amenities upgrades to fuel stations.
  • delivery of innovative environmental tourism offerings, such as mountain bike trails and walking tracks.
