Boambee Creek Licence Request
Planning to hold an event at Boambee Creek Reserve?
Reflections Holidays manages and cares for Boambee Creek Reserve and offers 7 shelters which can be hired for small or large events, organised sporting activities or special occasions. For such occasions we recommend completing an application to gain a licence authorising you to use the area.
All applications will be considered however approval is not guaranteed. If approval is granted, a licence holder does not have sole rights to an area, but has a form of personal permission to use the reserve or a particular part of it in a limited way, that may be restricted by times or uses.
Fees
The applicable fees for a Licence depend on your event, and are:
- Application Fee: $60 (This fee is payable upon approval of your licence application)
- Licence (Hire) Fee: Dependent on the event and duration (Once we receive and assess your application, we will provide confirmation of the proposed fee amount for your consideration.) Please see terms and conditions below the form.

Cancellation
We understand that things change from time to time, and you may need to cancel or change your Licence. In such circumstances a fee may be applicable.
Application Fee: Non refundable
Change of Licence Fee: $20 (eg date change, changes to event etc)
Cancellation of Licence (Hire) Fee:
- Written notice provided 14 days before your event – full refund
- Written notice provided less than 14 days before your event – 50% of Licence Fee
- No written notice provided – 100% of Licence Fee
