Queensland credit application form

We are aware that many guests travelling to and from Queensland may be impacted by adverse weather conditions between the 25th and 30th of January 2024.

If you are unable to travel during this time, then you may be eligible for a credit on cancellation of your booking.

Completing this form does not cancel your booking. Make sure you have cancelled your booking by contacting our Reservations team or the park that you are staying at BEFORE you complete this form. All park contact details can be found here

Credit information

This credit application is for guests who wish to cancel their reservation and are travelling to/from a Reflections Holiday Park to/from a Queensland address between the 25th - 30th of January. We will aim to email you the result of your application before the 9th of February.

If your application for credit is successful, you will receive a Reflections Holidays credit to the same value as the amount already paid on your booking, with an expiry 12 months from the date that the credit is applied.
