Wee Jasper

Wee Jasper is a picturesque village located on the beautiful Goodradigbee River, at the western foot of the Brindabella Ranges.

During summer, the shallow fresh waters of the Goodradigbee River provide a welcome relief for locals and visitors. The Wee Jasper Valley sits in an ancient seabed and has many places of interest for geology enthusiasts. Join a Fossil Field Tour and visit Careys Cave.

Wee Jasper is a camping and RV paradise with five beautiful camping reserves and many spectacular places to stop. Bushwalking along the river or on parts of the Hume and Hovell Walking Track from the Fitzpatrick Trackhead allows immersion in nature and encounters with locals – some 56 species of birds and many readily-spotted mammals and reptiles.
